Changes Coming to IL ABLE Accounts
On December 13, 2024, a new Money Market Option will be available as the 7th Target Risk Investment Option. The Money Market Option will invest 100% of assets in the Vanguard Cash Reserves Federal Money Market Fund.
Additionally, if you are currently invested in any of the six Target Risk Investment Options, there will be changes to the underlying funds. Please note, the changes will not count against your permitted twice-per-year investment exchanges.
If you want to make an investment exchange before this automatic exchange, you must do so by 4:00 pm EST on December 12, 2024.
Check your mail or email for the IL ABLE Plan Disclosure Statement Supplement. The Supplement contains details about the coming changes to the IL ABLE Plan as well as other important updates and information about the IL ABLE Plan.
